Welcome to Justin Lake Lodge! This beautiful home is situated on more than 400 acres of land and has room to accommodate two or maybe even three parties. With 8 bedrooms and four baths there is ample space for all. What is so special about this listing is that the home has a "deluxe camp" feel to it. The layout of the home truly promotes "togetherness". Other than the very well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms, there are basically two huge gathering rooms. On the first level there is a dining table for that seats up to 16 people on one side of the room and modern, stylish and comfortable seating areas on the other side. The giant hearth is perfect for gathering around and sharing stories from the day's adventures. The primary "en-suite" bedroom as well as two other handsomely sized bedrooms are located on the first level as well. Prior to going up the stairs, you will pass the fact filled gallery wall that has framed articles, details and elements of the history behind this amazing home and landscape. On the second level, there are five more bedrooms and a gigantic "playing" field for inside activities. Whether it be a game of pool, some ping pong, board game playing or a movie night....the options are there. Walk 5 minutes to your own private 1/2 mile around lake if you want to ice fish, ice skate, or snowshoe. There is (Alpine/Downhill) skiing galore located within very short distances from the property. Magic is less than five minutes away, Stratton is 15 minutes away, Okemo is 30 minutes away, Bromley is 15 minutes away, and Killington is 45 minutes away. Feel like cross country? There is world class Nordic skiing located right down the street from Justin Lake Lodge. Close to grocery shopping in Londonderry, dining in Londonderry, Weston, Winhall and Manchester.
